On your turn, move your villain to a location and choose actions there to play cards, collect power and advance your scheme. Other players can use Fate cards to bring heroes and obstacles into your realm, forcing you to address the trouble before it blocks your plans.

The challenge is asymmetric: Captain Hook, Maleficent and the other villains do not win in the same way. Learning your own objective is only the first step; understanding what a rival needs lets you decide when a Fate action will slow them most.
