Free the red car from a crowded traffic jam in Rush Hour, a classic solo sliding puzzle. Its challenge cards present carefully arranged vehicles and ask you to create a clear path to the exit.

Set the cars and trucks on the grid as shown on a card. Vehicles can move forward or backward only along the direction they face, so every piece you shift changes the space available to the others. The red car needs a route through the traffic, but the answer may require clearing several obstacles first.

The satisfying challenge is to look beyond the vehicle directly blocking the exit. Moving one car can open space for a truck, which may make a different car movable in turn. Later puzzles invite a longer chain of steps, rewarding patient observation and a willingness to undo a tempting but unhelpful move.
