Bears vs Babies (EN)

Build improbable creatures and send them into battle against approaching babies. Bears vs Babies is a humorous card game in which players assemble monsters from illustrated body parts, then decide when their creations are ready to fight.

Draw cards to grow a creature with a head, body and other pieces. Different combinations give it strength and a memorable appearance, from menacing animal mash-ups to creations that seem far too strange to survive. Babies gather in separate armies, making their next attack a question of timing.

Trigger a battle when your monsters are strong enough to defeat the babies and earn points. Waiting may let you improve a creature, but somebody else could start the fight first. A monster that looks spectacular may still struggle against the wrong army, so building with the coming threat in mind matters.

Bears vs Babies suits groups that like bizarre art, simple card play and a bit of tactical brinkmanship. The appeal lies in seeing what improbable beast you can assemble before the next clash. Each round creates new combinations and gives players another chance to decide whether to fight now or keep building.
